Warranty
Big Shot Tumblers is owned and operated by Creedmoor Sports, Inc. As one of our brands, we offer a 1-year limited warranty on all Big Shot Tumblers purchased through BigShotTumblers.com, Creedmoor Sports Inc., or any approved dealers.
We warranty all Big Shot Tumblers and all parts thereof against any and all manufacturer’s defects in material and workmanship which affect reasonable operation for 1 year from date of purchase to the purchaser. This warranty is transferable from the original purchaser to a subsequent buyer. Warranty is established with purchase receipt.
Warranty claims may be made by contacting Customer Service, either in writing or by phone for a Return Authorization number prior to delivering to Creedmoor Sports, 167 Creedmoor Way, Anniston, AL 36205 bigshottumblers@creedmoorsports.com. 1-800-273-3366
All freight prepaid by the purchaser. No COD shipments will be accepted.
We will repair or replace only those parts determined to be defective by the factory. This warranty does not apply to abuse, normal wear and tear of any parts or protective finishes.
The following are specifically excluded from coverage under this warranty and will cause said warranty to become null and void:
Damage or malfunction resulting from accident, negligence, misuse or unauthorized repair or alteration; failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance as described in the instruction manual, rust or corrosion; use of replacement parts other than parts authorized by Big Shot Tumblers.; any unauthorized repair or any alteration, including of a cosmetic nature, performed on the unit by an individual, organization, company or entity other than Big Shot Tumblers.
No implied warranties of any kind are made herein. Limited 1 year warranty does not apply to any accessory items.
Big Shot Tumblers assumes no liability for accidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of accidental or consequential damages and therefore this limitation may not apply to you.
